All elements of the site (visual identity, CV layouts, the colours and fonts offered, text, code and the Leading brand) belong to the publisher or to its licensors. Any unauthorised reproduction or display is prohibited. The content of the CVs you generate (the text, and the formatting you choose) remains yours. The layouts themselves, as graphic works, remain the property of the publisher, and you are granted a licence to use them for your own job applications. Buying a layout individually gives you the right to use that layout; it does not transfer ownership of it.

Liability

The publisher takes care to ensure that the information on the site is accurate, but cannot be held responsible for omissions, inaccuracies or failures to update it, whether caused by the publisher or by third parties. The service does not promise any recruitment outcome: its commitment is that the content of your CV can be read by applicant tracking systems (ATS), not that you will get an interview or a job.

Nothing in this notice limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer (see Article 8 of the terms).

Governing law
